GENERAL

We accept any Larrie item for return as long as the item purchased is not worn, washed, changed, or damaged in any way.

The return must be done within 30 days from the date of purchase. Postage in the event of a return is to be borne by the shopper.

The return must be sent to the following address along with the proof of purchase:

Any return without the proof of purchase will not be entertained.

Upon returning your purchased item to us, please email us at customercare@larrieshoes.com with the following information:

  1. Name (as per receipt)
  2. Order Number
  3. Reason for Return / Preferred Size of Exchange

Larrie has the full discretion to decide whether any item is in a condition suitable for return and reserves the right to reject any returns if they are deemed unfit for return.

REFUND

A refund will be given to the shopper once our Customer Service Personnel has inspected and accepted the returned item.

Please provide your nominated bank account number and full name as per identity card to facilitate the refund.

Please allow between 5-15 working days for us to process your refund.
